Yes, as of June, 2008 the pool and hot tub are open but not heated.

What should we bring?
Beach towels and beach chairs.

Is Palace on the Sea under construction?
Yes and No. Although the 2nd tower is not currently complete there is no construction taking place.
There is no Construction noise and the resort is fully functional.

Do the units have phones or internet?
No.

Do the units have a washer and dryer?
Some owners allow renters access to the laundry room and others do not. Please ask rental company.

No, Visa, Master Charge and Discovery

Why doesn't my credit card charge show up as Palace on the Sea?
Palace on the Sea contracts Castways for reservations. Your credit card is handled through their secure system. If you have any questions about a charge, contact Castaways at 602-445-6222.
