Where do we pick up our keys?
The property is located in the Mirador area, west of Manny's Beach Club, base of Whale Hill on the beach. Take main walkway to 1st level to Model Home (office) and pick up keys here. Please don't forget your paperwork.

Can we bring pets?
Sorry, no pets allowed. Teenagers OK on leash.

Is the pool open?
Our pool will open in approximately January 2008.

Do we need a passport?
No. According to the US State Department Web Site, passports may be required to drive in to Mexico beginning in 2008.

Are there still condos for sale?

What should we bring?
Beach towels and beach chairs.

Is Palace on the Sea under construction?
Yes, we are currently building our 2nd tower.

Do the units have phones or internet?
No.

Do the units have a washer and dryer?
No.

Why doesn't my credit card charge show up as Palace on the Sea?
