Finding Palace on the Sea
Once you get into town, Highway 8 turns into Benito Juarez Blvd. You will go approximately 2 miles on Benito Juarez Blvd and then you will go underneath a rather crazy cat walk with numerous green signs attached. This is Calle 13 (13th Street).
In ¼ mile you will come to the streetlight for Fremont Blvd. Las Conchas traffic turns left here. Be in the left lane and go thru the light. In 100 yards, the main road begins to curve right, but Campeche Road goes straight ahead. You want to cross traffic and continue on Campeche. If you miss your first chance, you'll go over a speed bump and then take a quick left turn. This gets you back to the Campeche Road.
Take Campeche road for approximately 1 mile. It goes up and over Whale Hill. The best clue that you are on track is that at the top of the hill you will see the ocean!
At the bottom of the hill, take a right on Matamoras Blvd. Palace on the Sea is 50 yards ahead on your left.
